He began his professional journey when he took employment with the Lagos State Universal Basic Education Board in 2009, and for over 2 (two) decades, he worked with seasoned professionals to design and implement training programs that contributed to the overall growth and development of Basic Education in Lagos State.
He took his journey to the next level and became more involved in advocacy. This led to his participation in several capacity building programs organised by UNICEF, OMEP World, Disability Right Funds, Early Childhood Association of Nigeria (ECAN), UBEC etc.
In 2022 he was appointed on the board of LUPNI Global, a non-profit organisation established with a mandate to advance global transformative agenda, through advocacy, capacity building, community organizing and collaboration. This move necessitated the creation of a Learning & Development Platform (Blacksmiths121) in 2024, with a purpose to bring highly skilled individuals together in one community, possessing exceptional character required to succeed in highly competitive markets and industries. His series of training programs, master classes, mentorship sessions and retreats provided the opportunity to accelerate growth, build systems and position for wealth creation
He further advanced his work through a community to community based initiative, advocating holistic wellbeing, with a focus on the approach to wellness that simultaneously addresses physical, spiritual, mental, emotional, social, environmental, occupational and financial components of health.
He volunteered as a project lead on the 7 Star Teacher Accelerator Program (7STAP), created by Dr. Akin Akinpelu, leading the team that designed the 7 Star User Experience for a short period in 2023. He was also the program cordinator of the covenant capital Insights for Business Master Class series on radio, an initiative of the Covenant Nation in 2022.
In 2020, he authored his first book: Black City Boy - Quest for Greatness. A material that contained an insightful account of his leadership and faith journey, amidst his daunting health challenge. He meticulously honed his craft over the years and became one of the few people who practically rose from nothing to greatness by the hand of God.
