Omotayo Esther Adesuyi - is a rising force in youth empowerment, personal development, and purposeful leadership. She is a Life and Business Coach, Writer, Speaker, Content Creator, timely Volunteers, and Community Builder whose work continues to influence young people across faith spaces, social platforms, and educational environments.

She is the visionary behind Help The Young Initiative Global (HTYIGLOBAL), a youth-oriented movement committed to educational outreaches, leadership development, and intentional living. Her leadership also extends to Florish Foundation for Women and Youths, where she serves as Director of Media and Communication.

She is a fellow of several initiatives, including WorldBuilder Concepts, Lagos FoodBank, collaborated with MayFive Foundation, Visionary lead at Transportation Lab Accountability Community TLAC.

Omotayo is a certified writer and mentor, trained by several reputable academies, and author of multiple inspirational series including 100 Days Youth Series and 122 Days Word of Courage. She is passionate about using words, mentorship, and visual creativity to shift mindsets and spark transformation.

She holds a degree in Biology Education from TASUED where she worked on a publication with some educators (check https://journals.tasued.edu.ng/index.php/josit/index) . She is expanding her expertise in business strategy and entrepreneurship through the Helpline School of Business and Entrepreneurship in Benin City. With a growing interest in politics, Omotayo hopes to contribute meaningfully to national development and youth-inclusive leadership.
