I’m a certified chef based in Lagos, Nigeria, currently pursuing an Associate Degree in Health Science at the University of the People. With over a decade of experience in cooking and caregiving, I’m passionate about the intersection of food, wellness, and holistic health.

My goal is to deepen my understanding of nutrition and health to complement my culinary background and serve communities in more meaningful ways — from therapeutic meals to wellness education.
