Back my campaign

Hello, my name is Om. I’m a student living in Toronto, Canada. I have created this page in order to raise awareness for net neutrality.

Net neutrality is the idea that governments should mandate internet service providers (ISPs) to treat all data on the Internet equally, without any discrimination amongst users.

Net neutrality also prevents ISPs from creating paid “fast lanes” that would give faster delivery of content to companies who can afford to pay more.

It is unfair and unethical for ISPs to charge customers depending on the content, region, or any other factor.

This is a call for you to take action and make sure that you're aware of the crippling effects that net neutrality can have. You can back my campaign with a click on the button above; it will redirect you to ACLU.org, giving you more information on net neutrality.

You can also:

○ Follow @internetfreedom on Twitter

○ Watch a YouTube video that explains the effects of net neutrality

○ Like Battle For The Net on Facebook

○ Take a look at what internet subscriptions would look like if net neutrality was taken away

So please, take the time to back my campaign and support a free and open internet for everyone!
