Hi, my name is Austin. My full name derived means, "Magnificent Fire Inside." Anyone that knows me well would say tnat this is without a doubt the perfect name for me.

I grew up in your typical Midwest home with a huge amount of drive and a decent amount of athleticism and brains. I never wanted to be average, and that has worked well for me in my life. I received a scholarship to major in football, engineering and business.

After school, I took my talents (more ambitions at this point) to the south to work for Big Oil. I had numerous roles in Strategy, Sales, Operations and Project Management, and have had a blast in all of them. But, as I've moved up the chain and built my network, I have found that there is more out there. A lot more. The world is big, and I need to see all that it has to offer.

I am now in pursuit of my entrepreneurial dreams. I love to create my life, smile, compete, communicate and build teams. I am addicted to improving and learning, and truly enjoy taking on new challenges.

I am currently looking to expand my network, skills and knowledge about business and life. I am disciplined, a natural leader, open, frugal, positive, and am working diligently to be successful. I am enjoying the journey and hope you are as well!
