Born in Canada, Coco (Corinne) start to practice yoga about 20 years ago after the birth of her son. With a background in both practicing and teaching ballet and contemporary dance for more than 16 years Corinne warmed to yoga easily. For Her, yoga became much more than a physical practice; there is a body, mind and soul connection.
In 2005, Coco went for a first trip in Mysore India. She studied and got certified Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga teacher with V. Sheshadri, B.A. international yogasana champion. Traditional Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga by the system of T. krishnamacharia, Shri k. Pattabhi Jois.
In 2009, Coco met Michael Gannon who motivated her to dive deeper and deeper into her practice and listen more to this profound calling. The next year, Coco completed the Gannon Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga teacher apprenticeship and is accredited by Yoga Alliance and Yoga Alliance USA and UK.
Since 2010, Coco dedicate her life to the traditionnal practice of ashtanga vinyasa yoga to create a strong fondation of trust connection and compassion with her sudents. Coco is practicing Primaries serie, intermidiate and Advance A (Third serie). A daily practice of Ashtanga is the true teaching/teacher.
A recognize teacher in Riviera Maya, Coco is now traveling in Mexico, South America, Canada and the States to share the practice and her love for it.
Corinne helps her students to expand and deepen their understanding of yoga life style. She teaches daily classes in the traditionnal method and also once a month workshop of yoga raw food in the mayan jungle.
