I'm a software solutioning architect living in Orlando, FL who loves to take long rides on my Harley Davidson Dyna Wide-Glide whenever I can. I'm a father and a grandfather who loves watching my children and grand-children grow up and adapt to this ever-changing world we live in.

I have a passion for great software which can move people, and move businesses forward. My career started as a housekeeper 25 years ago and through a series of windows and doors opening in front of me I became a software developer. Then as newer hardware and software ideas, patterns, and technologies evolved, I evolved with them to become the developer/architect I am today. I believe it was simply by watching the landscape of consumers, and technology from a distance I learned where different sweet spots existed, and could be exposed by different ways of thinking about building solutions.

I love music. Not much to add to that statement. I studied classical music at an early age, and lived in an environment where bluegrass, country, and gospel music was predominately heard around the house. During my teenage years I was in a few garage bands where I was exposed to rock, R&B, and jazz. Right now, I enjoy using Spotify to explore and expose new and existing indie artists who have seemed to mastered their crafts as artists, composers, and musicians.

I love taking pictures, lots of them. I let a fair amount of dust settle on my DSLR over the last few years but I'm making a conscious effort to revitalize that outlet and get back to photographing the things around me and some of the things I create.

I'm not sure there's an end to discovery in any one person's life, but I believe the discovery we do around and with the things we love and enjoy make this world a better place if we share them with others.
