GE has partnered with a Maryland firm to build 2 energy towers near the AZ & Mexico border, but my energy towers use ocean water to help support the 1 KM towers & mine recycle the brine to make careful recycled PVC water pipe & FUTURO habital dwellings on a 15 yr. schedule, & mine are enclosed & can be tuned to form a global climate control network. I guess we'd better contact GE and offer to team up. Or we can out compete them if Bechtel, or Gilbane, or stadium construction companies, etc. think my patent is feasible.
