With over 14 years experience as a licensed Realtor and just over 3 years as a broker, I know real estate, and I know the Austin, Texas market very well. I am more than an experienced Realtor. I am a breast cancer survivor. Although a resident of Austin since 1978, I have sold real estate since 2002, and I have experienced some hardships along the way.

I now view my career as a service in helping people more than an income or a paycheck. I want to use my skills to house people, keep people in their current homes or upgrade to better living, depending on each person/family’s individual needs. I now try to spend at least 10% of my income, and usually more, in helping other people overcome their short term financial issues, sometimes causing displacement, that I know can be truly devastating.
My next goal is to help the homeless become sheltered. With GOD’s grace and my continued success, we will shelter the homeless. Maybe not all, but I will do what I can with what I have. I truly believe GOD has provided me success as a conduit to help others. Whether it is a first home, upgrading to a larger home with a growing family, or a home to get out of the rain and cold when there is no place to go. So far 2014 has been my most successful year yet.
