When Peter Jackson films an epic biography of my life, the scene just before I step off the porch will sound like the lead up to the shower scene in Psycho. The audience will know this won't be good; they'll be yelling, "Don't do it! Don't go there." But I won't hear them and I'll step off the porch, tumble into the snowbank and momentarily marvel at the strange new way my foot can flop to the side.
