I am Carmen Clark. I am Wellness Specialist. I typically work in settings such as medical clinics, gyms, spas, community centers, and corporate settings to perform screenings for client wellness and then assign wellness/exercise programs to these clients based on their health needs and preferences. Their progress is usually determined by conducting standard tests on participants and monitoring their vital signs and performance from then on. Over time, programs may be adjusted based on clients' progress, and in some cases wellness specialists focus on the overall health of a group.
