Ontario Turtle Conservation Centre

Started in the Peterborough area, we were called the Kawartha Turtle Trauma Centre until recently. Our new name reflects the fact that we treat native species from across Ontario. OTCC (formerly KTTC) is a non-profit that treats injured wild turtles and rehabilitates them; does field studies; promotes healthy turtle populations and does outreach in wetland conservation and stewarship. We rehabilitate turtles by the generosity of our donors.
