My experiences have led me to working with fantastic teams of people rolling out international projects supporting customers across the globe. I developed and managed online experiences targeted to customer needs, business goals, and technological capabilities. I lead a collaborative effort to determine and evolve long-term web content strategy. I also ensured project execution methods were clearly defined, efficient, well-understood and aligned with the business and infrastructure. Most recently I started my own company and pursued interests in creating a website based community that supported artistic endevours in cities across North America. If you are looking for a fantastic motivator and team leader I have experience in putting together teams of people who can make things happen and who are empowered and motivated to succeed. I bring over 20 years experience as a Group/Team manager in IT. What motivates me personally is success in what ever I have tasked myself or my team to do. I enjoy seeing people grow personally and succeeding in their own personal goals. While I enjoy being successful it makes me equally very happy to be able to help someone else be successful.
