I am public affairs analyst with pronged interest in startups. Have a successful career as executive educatist, an industry I joined as e-Marketing executive, rising to research fellow and then, Head, Programme Management at Leading Edge Business School Abuja. Have travelled to countries of the world helping public and private executives discover, learn, adapt and approximate global best practices in driving their organizational bottomline. In some 250 masterclasses I have designed, over 2500 executives of varying functions have been trained in more than fifteen locations around the world in three years.
My areas of interest include: project management, risk management, change management, leadership & management, women leadership coaching and gender mainstreaming, project finance and service process management (six sigma).
My impeccable interpersonal relationship skills have enable me to market executive training products.
As an educationist, I have cognate experiences in the design of training need assessment templates, administration of training assessment and adaptation of training outcomes (new skills). I am also trained HRM Executive.
In course of my travelling, I have been able to research on key innovative policies and project focusing mainly on the vision behind them. The outcome of this guesture form the thematic trust of my book: VISIONARY LEADERSHIP: STANDING ON THE BORDER OF KNOWLEDGE.
I am also an advocate of education democracy under my NETLEARN INITIATIVE. I believe that internet and new technologies have ability to guarantee free quality education to the poorest of the world, particularly children disenfranchised from going to school by war and diseases. I also believe that opportunities in tech industry has potency of creating satisfied and creative youths with antecedent opportunities of helping individuals and businesses in simplifying service delivery processes of various kinds. I am presently working on my app for delivery of quality education to the poorest of the world. Hence, I am an opptimist who also serve as the President, Global Network of Young Visionaries - an NGO committed to networking young researchers around the world with a view to sharing knowledge for making our world a better place for all.
