Hello!

I am Onyinye Ezulofor. A creative storyteller, communicator and trainer, with hands-on experience in customer relations services.

With experience in customer service management, training and analysis, I have trained individuals and companies across Nigeria and Ghana on customer experience And I am presently a customer service quality assurance officer at Union Bank Nigeria.

Also I help creatives hone their writing skills through my paid and free creative storytelling/writing classes which have recorded over 1000 participants from Nigeria, Ghana, Cameroon, Lesotho among others.

Having obtained certification from the National Broadcast Academy as a Radio Producer. I worked as an OAP at Radio Benue and have hosted radio and online programs, one of which was a mental health awareness interview program which was graced by a Consultant Addiction Psychiatrist from the Federal Neuropsychiatric Hospital Yaba, Lagos.

I am the founder, TAWER AFRICA. An organization focused on empowering young women and girls with unique skills and relevant information with which they can discover purpose, build a successful business and career, and prepare them to fit into emerging industries. Through my organization's activities which include webinars, seminars, and career fair programs, I have empowered over 2000 young women and girls from across the globe and own a growing community of over 1,300 members.

Onyinye has volunteered and worked with Her Network, Communications officer - Her Summit; Community coordinator, Skill Factory Africa - Skill Acceleration Bootcamp; Researcher, Pan-African Women Entrepreneurship Network amongst others.

Furthermore, I have been featured on many platforms across the globe. To mark Nigeria at 60, I got featured among Nigeria 60 women champions by Business Day, among 25 thought leaders and experts in Nigeria, among Nigeria's social innovators by Donors For Africa.

I am an International Diplomat Ambassador, Digital Amazon ambassador for Street Project Foundation; Pan-African Women Entrepreneurship Network alumnus, Women in Management, Business and Public service (Wimbiz) mentee, Donors For Africa Fellow and Girl Move Academy Fellow.

I am a recipient of the Editorial and Publishing Community Development Service award and Dignified Womanhood Platform award.
