In his quest to understand what make humans tick, he has conducted several studies on natural occurrences and processes from which wisdom for living can be deduced and the strength of the human mind can be unleashed.

As a staff of VHI Konsult – a management consulting firm in Abeokuta, Ogun State, where he worked for 3 years, he designed, managed and facilitated several peak performance and strategic management trainings for both individuals and corporate bodies. He is an expert at delivering training solutions on Self-mastery, career development, teamwork, emotional intelligence and workforce activation.

As a member of The Institute of Strategic Management, Nigeria (ISMN) with notable practical and case-study based approach to trainings, Boluwatife David facilitates the institute’s fast-track membership program and the associate membership scheme across its center in Lagos and Ogun State.
