Sometimes I write about games, occasionally I write them. When I'm not doing that, I'm studying them. I'm particularly interested in how videogames can be used to tell stories and to get players emotionally involved in narratives.

I'm also involved in videogame content archival, especially of older games. I think data is ephemeral and saving it for future generations is important.

Sometimes I also draw. I particularly love concept art and I occasionally make my own.

I'm married, and my husband and I live in the UK. I moved here from Portugal in 2010 when I was 19. Before that, I had never seen a traffic jam, and buying citrus fruits from shops was unthinkable.
