Opare Kwame Cephas is a native of Todome-Parlime in the Volta Region and Aburi in the Eastern Region. He is a commercial student. He is good at Accounting, Commerce, Management, Office Practice, Typing and English. He is a holder of A.C.C.A. (CAT) Passes (U.K.) and Bachelors Degree from Atlantic International University (America) Accounting as major. He has Diploma Certificate in Human Resource, Business Management and Entrepreneurship, Accounting, Legal Studies, Public Procurement, Nursing and Patient Care and Teaching Skills for Educators (ALISON - Ireland). The author has thirty-one (31) years working experience. Out of his experience, twenty-four (24) years as Accountant and Administrator. He was once a Pineapple farmer and Taxi driver. He also established None Governmental Organization (NGO) to assist old aged and serious students who have no helper. He is a freeman who always encourages people with one sentence, “you can do it”
