Open Arms Early Learning & Development Center is a play-based preschool and childcarecenter in Philadelphia serving children ages 2 to 5. We provide a safe and welcoming environment where children learn through hands-on activities, creativity, and exploration. Our goal is to support each child’s development while helping them build confidence and social skills.
