Are you living the life you want? Is something getting in the way? Or are you feeling overwhelmed and unable to cope? I can help. I am a Registered Psychologist. I'm interested in helping you use your strengths to move past your issues. I work with men, women, couples and teens.

I'll travel along side you as we consider your hopes and concerns, and I'll partner with you nonjudgementally and empathetically.

At the same time I'll help you find the strength to be courageous if you need to be. Partly, I do this by helping you make sense of your life and what it has taught you.

Ultimately, when you're ready, I'll help you take effective, meaningful action so that you feel better about yourself and those around you.
