When I was 16 I remember questioning my IDENTITY. I grew up living in different countries around the world; England, Peru, New York and Chile. Someone dear to my heart told me "YOU ARE A GLOBAL CITIZEN OF THE WORLD!! You make your identity and your home wherever you go". Her answer planted a seed. Over the years I have come to embrace a GLOBAL identity. I have a little bit of everywhere in me. It's about WHO you are and HOW you live not where you live. For me what threads by identity together is MULTICULTURALISM. The ability to change cultural shoes. I've also learned that for me life is not about managing time it’s about MANAGING ENERGY. We are made up of energy, we receive and transmit. I’m a firm believer in SELF-DISCOVERY. For this reason I thrive on helping others, because I know everyone needs the HUMAN TOUCH. I have built my life and career as a BILINGUIST, a MULTICULTURALIST, a self-help advocate, and a SHAPE CATALYST with experience in cross cultural adaptation, talent management, bilingual education and in shaping and designing environments.
