O'lando Rawlinson

Hi, I’m O’lando Rawlinson. I work in information technology with a focus on technical support, user training, and systems education.

I earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Southern New Hampshire University, where I also studied Mathematics and African American Studies. My background includes hands-on experience troubleshooting IT issues, supporting end users, and helping teams feel more confident using technology in their daily work.

I enjoy turning complex tools into simple steps people can understand and use. I’ve supported remote and hybrid teams, created job aids and guides, and led one-on-one walkthroughs to support onboarding and training.

Based in Columbia, South Carolina, I’m passionate about making technology easier to access and understand. I believe good IT is about more than solving problems. It’s about helping people succeed.

Outside of work, I like exploring new technology, building my skills in training design, and learning how to support others as they grow in the field. Let’s connect.
