Aros

Hello! I’m Aros.

I’m a little bit complicated, but I'll do my best to keep it easy to understand here.

I'm a guy in California who knows video stuff, writes a lot of fantasy fiction, and has a big appreciation for sci-fi/fantasy books, movies, and games.

But I'm also a guy who has a certain attachment to an orc character, represented through art commissioned by independent artists from all over the internet. I've got a lot of this art, and you can find most of it on a site called Weasyl.

"But Aros, isn't Weasyl a furry site?" you ask.

I'm gonna let you in on a little secret.

I'm a furry too.

But I'm just a guy who's really into monsters. Fantasy ones, sci-fi ones. I like that they can represent so much, and I especially like when they represent people, when they're given a focus the way that we would give for humans.

As you might imagine, the fantasy fiction I write is usually along these lines. In fact, I've got a short novella up for free download if you're interested in giving it a look! You can find it at that link or by clicking the big green button above. The main character is the cute orc I use as my avatar all the time, and hey, he knows magic too.

That's the gist of it: I like fantasy things, mystery things, books, games, movies, and I especially like cute monsters that show up in those.
