With extensive experience as a leader and student athlete monitor, Orenn Fells earned his first two degrees at Florida State University (FSU) in Tallahassee. At FSU, he completed his bachelor of science in arts and humanities in 2004, and earned a master's in sports administration in 2005. In 2012, Orenn Fells received a juris doctor from Florida A&M University College of Law.

After finishing his masters in sports administration, Orenn Fells began an internship at FSU's Athletic Academic Advisement Center, where he was responsible for monitoring the academic performance of student-athletes. After finishing the internship, Mr. Fells worked as an assistant center supervisor for the Tallahassee Parks and Recreation Department.

Currently, he is chairman of the N.O.W. Coalition, which had a 5-year initiative that helped in the planning and implementation of a curriculum for college prep student-athletes and assisted them with employment and higher education goals.

Mr. Fells is a member of a number of associations, most of them related to his legal education and work experience, such as the American Bar Association, 100 Black Men of Orlando, the Florida Bar, and the Orange Country Bar Association.

In his free-time, Orenn Fells enjoys following the Marvel Cinematic Universe and adding vinyl records to his collection. He also spends time with his family and is an avid traveler.
