Oreoluwa Adesanya began her HR career with Oshinowo Studios, where she advanced from an administrative officer to a key role in the HR department.

Currently, Oreoluwa Adesanya serves as a Human Resource executive with KTS Oil and Gas Services Limited where she oversees various HR functions, including performance management, compliance, and employee engagement.
