organic kiddo

Hi! Welcome to organickiddo.com! My name is Mel and I am a very proud mama of Reese, my 1 year old daughter. I am happily married to Barry, my husband of 2 years. I have a nursing degree and worked as an RN for 5 years before having Reese. Now, I am a stay-home mom! I do work part-time when I can but LOVE being able to be at home with my little squirt! After learning last fall that the baby wash that I gave her a bath in every night contained formaldehyde and carcinogens, I started researching healthier products for Reese and then for Barry and I! Our lifestyle is not completely organic but I feel that any way I can prevent and limit our exposure to chemicals and pesticides is a step in the right direction!
