CAFRED

CAFRED born in 2004 by two of the founding members to El Salvador, they passed by a school, next to a bombed out church, there was a schoolhouse (Centro Escolar Cantón Ramirez) in ruins. The forlorn structure suffered from gaping holes in its rusted roof, tree roots growing through holes in the floor, and wooden doors eaten away by termites.

Since 2009 to the present CAFRED has changed the reality of rural communities in El Salvador, it has build 3 schools and has implemented different extracurricular programs in the three different schools such as art, english, IT and many others.

For 2013 we are looking foward to build 2 different schools in Ahuachapan, El Salvador.
