Oriana Schneps

I am a junior at UMass Amherst. I am in the Commonwealth Honors College and Majoring in Pharmaceutical Marketing through the Bachelors in an Independent Concentration, with a minor in Food Science.
I am a sister of sigma Delta Tau Sorority. In my free time I enjoy horse back riding and scuba diving... and work three jobs to pay for both. I have been riding horses since I was in second grade and it is one of the most important things in my life. The oceans, and scuba diving are also very important to me too. I left high school and moved to Andros Island to do marine research after working for the New England Aquarium for five years.

I have a halfback tattoo that is a combination of these two parts of my life that I am hoping to expand into a full back piece eventually. My next life goal is go to skydiving but I am honestly terrified. I bought a Groupon for it this summer but than the company canceled due to “mechanical issues” so after that I am not sure if I should attempt it again.

My favorite artist is Lana Del Ray and my favorite TV show is Gossip GIrl . After I graduate college I whish to go into the BioTech marketing industry and than open up my own tech/science themed bar.

I was born in Boston MA and grew up in Cambridge and I think I want to open up my bar around there. I love Cambridge so much and it has made me the person I am today.
