Oriol Sanleandro

I am an Electrical Engineer and a passionate professional looking for new challenges abroad.

Thus far I’ve been working for IT multinational companies and my expertise is in management, business development, strategy, consulting and pre-sales. My previous position was as a Business Operations Manager for an Automotive & Manufacturing Industry unit (200 employees, €26 million turnover in 2010).

Presently I'm very interested in joining a company or project in the Technology or Energy Efficiency sectors. I have strong leadership and communications skills and am highly flexible and able to adapt to new environments. My managers and colleagues describe me as a resolute, sensible, creative and analytical person with the ability to successfully lead and work in a team.

I like to think that my greatest value is not only what I have done, but what I can go on to do.

My hometown is Barcelona in northern Spain. People tell me that Barcelona is the best city in the world to live in. If that's the case then why would I ever want to move out? Basically for two reasons. Firstly, I believe that living abroad is essential for self-development, both professionally and personally. Secondly, I'm looking for an opportunity to work in an environment where I can give the very best of myself. I need to stay motivated and passionate in everything I do and I believe that there is no better place to reach one's goals than the Bay Area. So that’s why I’m here!
