A former Lieutenant with the Israeli Navy, Ori Tal serves as Chief Executive Officer and owner of ESO Equity Group, which began in 2006. Based out of Cocoa Beach, Florida, ESO Equity Group acts as a holding company for both residential and commercial properties in Central Florida. Ori Tal and his associates hold a particular interest in rental properties as well as condo conversions and the management of income-producing properties. In the last decade, the company participated in the conversion of more than 1,000 condos and 1 million square feet of residential or commercial properties. Ori Tal helps ESO Equity Group successfully invest in promising condominiums and commercial property, including more than tripling the occupancy rates of some communities. Ori Tal takes on many major projects that provide a high rate of return to investors, including the purchase of 144 units in Orlando’s Millennium Palms Condominium, which he sold two years later. The company finished renovating tens of thousands of square feet of Class A office and retail space in Cocoa Beach, renamed the Executive Tower and Plaza. ESO Equity Group also played a role in developing Royal Oak Patio Homes and the Seacrest Building. Before launching his career in real estate, Ori Tal studied economics and law at the University of Haifa in Israel. A member of the Israeli Bar Association with years of corporate law experience, he is well versed in both domestic and international real estate markets.
