Currently Orxan is pursuing his Doctar's degree at the Ankara University in Ankara Turkey. Master’s degree at the Ilia State University in Tbilisi, Georgia and continue to work as a researcher at the Bilgesam Wise Men Center For Strategic Studies (www.bilgesam.org). He also serves as an expert at the Startegi Outlook center (strategicoutlook.org), He was a co-founder of the South Caucasian Youth Platform Chairman of the Azerbaijan Youth Platform (2006-2007; 2008-2009). He completed his B.S c in International Trade at Azerbaijan State Economic University.
