Orlaith Rafter is a Media, Communications & Performance specialist, providing group & individual training & coaching solutions in corporate and educational platforms under her brand Corporate Stage.

She is best known for her award-winning role of Robin Doyle in RTE’s flagship show Fair City. Orlaith is also one of Irelands top voice over artists, receiving a 2013 Radio Award and has voiced various high profile campaigns including TESCO, Galaxy Chocolate, Kerrygold, Superquinn and Electric Ireland as well as the lead continuity voice of RTE's Network 2. She was also the brand ambassador for Perlico, Fleetwood Paints, Sasha and Advanced Pitstop.

Orlaith has extensive media expertise in both TV and radio, contributing to top TV programming including The Late Late Show, The Afternoon Show, Tubridy Tonight, Seoige and O’Shea, The Den (RTE), IrelandAM (TV3) and hosted ‘24/7 Entertainment in the City’ on the City Channel. Radio broadcasting contributions include Newstalk FM, TodayFM & FM104.

She is an honours graduate in Public Relations (PRII), Performance (Gaiety School of Acting) and Vocal Technique (Bristol Old Vic, Patsy Rodenberg, Kevin Crawford) with over 17 years of expertise in broadcasting, performance, voice, modelling, producing, directing, writing and workshop facilitation.

In 2011 she co-founded Boil In The Bag productions, who specialized in presenting Shakespearean texts in modern contexts to engage teenage audiences with the 400 yr old text in new forms, facilitated through workshops, roleplay, improvisation & devised scenarios.

She is passionate about releasing the potential within us all to increase our impact on the Corporate Stage.
