Orlando O’Shea

Hi, I’m Orlando! I am a Los Angeles native living in the beautiful Northern California wine country. I am a seasoned Level 2 IFS practitioner, and have been using the model in various settings since 2013. I also hold a certificate in Applied Jungian Studies from a two year program at the Centre for Applied Jungian Studies in South Africa. I hold additional certificates as a Level 1 Reiki Practitioner and EFT practitioner. I have a BA in Psychology and am currently an MSW student. My areas of special training are with individuals, couples, neurodivergent and LGBTQIA+ populations, and I offer competent, reflective, empathetic support to a variety of diverse populations. I am committed to my own continued education to uphold anti-racist, anti-oppressive values in my work and life. I identify as a sensitive and mindful introvert who experiences the world with depth and care.

In my spare time, I am a writer. poet, parent, and abstract artist. I have a deep interest in soul work, psychology, and the natural world. At home I love cooking with fresh, seasonal ingredients for friends and family, taking evening walks to a nearby lake to watch the bats emerge, and tending to my fishtanks.
