Orlando Parrales

Orlando Parralesis a first generation college student, double majoring in accounting and social work at Texas Tech University. He is set to graduate in May 2017 with a minor in Sociology. Orlando has a vision to take his education and apply it toward assisting people, particularly through the field of social work. He is involved with a variety of organizations around campus such as Silent Raiders, Impact Tech, and the Community Family and Addictive Services (CFAS) Society. He works part time as a pharmacy technician to gain first hand knowledge of customer service, insurance policies, and basic pharmacology fundamentals. Orlando is also actively involved in volunteer opportunities within the organizations he is a part of and regularly volunteers at South Plains Wildlife Rehabilitation Center in Lubbock, TX.
