Hayley Storm Ormond

Similar to many of my fellow UGA Freshman, I am a headstrong, confused teenager with a million decisions coming at me from every direction. I remember when I was growing up, Daddy used to sound like a broken record with the "You can be anything you wanna be" cliche. It seemed like such a carefree concept at the time, with my aspirations changing from day to day. One day I would pretend I was a surgeon, operating on all of my Barbies, and the next day I was a dentist attempting to remove my brother's loose teeth. But in the midst of all this, you would always hear me singing.

Music is a passion I've clung to since I was a very small child. I was the entertainment for most of our family events, singing anything and everything to all of my relatives. Although I used to dream of singing on a huge stage in front of millions of fans, I know now that having music as a part of my life forever is the biggest dream I hold onto. I was born and will die with a song on my lips and a whole lot of love in my heart.
