I’m the founder of 2nd Bell, where I help service businesses find and fix lead leakage before they spend more money on lead generation.
Most businesses do not have a demand problem.

My background is in MarTech, CRM, digital transformation, customer journey design, and regional marketing operations across APAC. I’ve spent years working in the gap between marketing, sales, platforms, data, and delivery.
That experience taught me something simple:
Better tools do not automatically create better revenue outcomes.
You need clear ownership, clean workflows, fast response loops, practical reporting, and the right level of automation.
At 2nd Bell, I use that experience to help businesses audit their lead journey, identify where revenue is leaking, and build practical systems to improve speed-to-lead, follow-up, CRM discipline, and sales visibility.
AI is part of the solution, but it is not the starting point.
The starting point is knowing where the process breaks.
Once that is clear, AI can help with lead routing, follow-up reminders, CRM hygiene, enquiry triage, sales summaries, workflow automation, and better visibility across the pipeline.

Before 2nd Bell, I led MarTech and digital transformation work across APAC, including platform audits, CRM implementation, customer journey improvement, analytics, governance, and capability building.
Some of that work has supported stronger lead quality, improved engagement, cleaner data flows, better customer journeys, and more consistent reporting across regional teams.
But 2nd Bell is more focused.
It is for service businesses that are already getting enquiries, but are not fully confident those enquiries are being handled properly.
