With clients I run practical executive workshops to assess readiness, align stakeholders, and pick the highest-ROI opportunities. I keep delivery focused with clear priorities, ownership, and results you can track.

Some proof points from my projects include a global CMS overhaul with strong integrations that enabled better data flows for agents and delivered 70 percent revenue growth along with fewer issues and stronger customer satisfaction. A Salesforce CRM implementation improved lead quality six times and created the base for autonomous nurturing and scoring agents. In China we transformed a marketing ecosystem and increased loyalty engagement by 25 percent through more adaptive journeys. Customer analytics work drove 30 percent higher sales by supplying cleaner signals to optimization agents.
