I’m the founder of 2nd Bell.

2nd Bell helps service businesses find where revenue is getting stuck before they spend more on ads, tools, staff, or discounts.

Most businesses do not lose revenue in one obvious place.

Sometimes the problem starts before the enquiry. The wrong source brings in weak demand. The offer is unclear. The landing page creates low intent. Trust signals are missing.

Sometimes the problem appears after the enquiry. Response is too slow. Ownership is unclear. Follow-up stops too early. Quotes go cold. Payment creates friction. Previous customers are never reactivated.

The hard part is knowing which problem matters most right now.

That is what 2nd Bell is built around.

My background is in MarTech, CRM, digital transformation, customer journey design, AI workflow design, and regional marketing operations across APAC. I’ve spent years working in the gap between marketing, sales, platforms, data, reporting, and delivery.

That experience taught me something simple:

Better tools do not automatically create better revenue outcomes.

A business can have a CRM, dashboards, automation, WhatsApp, forms, booking tools, and reporting, but still not know what is actually blocking revenue.

2nd Bell is designed to answer one practical question:

Where is revenue stuck this month, and what should we fix first?

The Revenue Constraint Monitor looks across the journey from growth spend to revenue, including source quality, enquiry handling, response speed, booking, quotes, proposals, sales activity, payment, repeat business, and reactivation.

The goal is to identify the current bottleneck, show the evidence behind it, estimate the value affected, and give the team a clear next corrective action.

AI can help with parts of the work.

But AI is not the starting point.

The starting point is knowing which part of the revenue journey is actually constrained.

Before 2nd Bell, I led MarTech and digital transformation work across APAC, including platform audits, CRM implementation, customer journey improvement, analytics, governance, workflow design, and capability building.

Some of that work supported stronger lead quality, better customer journeys, cleaner data flows, improved reporting, and more consistent execution across regional teams.

But 2nd Bell is more focused.

It is for service businesses that already generate enquiries, already spend time or money on growth, and know revenue should be better than it is.

You may not need more leads first.

You may not need another dashboard first.

You may not need to blame the team or discount the offer first.

You need to know where revenue is actually stuck.
