Regional development expert, Project delivery advisor, Project management & NGOs specialist, with a professional experience in different local & social development fields’ particularly local economic development, investment maps local governance & strategic planning, capacity building, conflict analysis & social cohesion, facilitation management, need assessment, youth development, and both qualitative and quantitative research. Fully experienced in motivating and supervising others, team builder, and a leader who inspire the team members to maintain high levels of performance.
Mr. Telfah is one of the co-authors of the Political Economy Analysis at the local level in #Jordan for 2020.
Mr. Telfah has contributed to the establishment of many programs with the International and National NGOs such as Local governance & municipalities, community engagement and empowerment, youth & women, and qualitative & quantitative research. He has contributed to many local development projects as a local development consultant, preparing strategic plans for some municipalities in Jordan and preparing local development plans as well as focusing on the PPPs and BOTs approaches. In addition, to train the municipal staff on the strategic and local economic plans and identify citizen needs based on their priorities. He led and contributed to the development of projects aimed to institutionalize feedback mechanisms in some municipalities through the development of a mobile App and other tools considered as feedback mechanisms.
Mr. Telfah provided technical assistance services and developed local economic development plans for many municipalities in Jordan and the support described herein is considered a best practice for the municipalities and the governorates to identify their economic priorities based on concrete facts.
He led, and contributed to the development of more than 40 strategic development plans and local economic plans for several municipalities in #Jordan and the development of investment maps for some municipalities in Jordan and the region.
He led, and managed many projects in Jordan with different national and international NGOs. Currently, he is leading several projects through different consultancy firms aiming to develop strategic, development and local economic plans for different cities.
