Currently at an extremely exciting point of my life both personally and professionally, I am a determined, passionate, and professional individual who is ready to impact and shape my community.

Born and raised in the Southern California desert as the eldest son to a Mexican family, it was instilled in me from a very early age to work hard, strive for excellence in everything that I do, and above all, always find a way to give something back to others.

My interest in people began when I was very young. I became fascinated with watching how people interacted with each other in different social situations. It was not until later on that I realized how a person's vastly diverse and interesting background deeply molds and shapes the way that they think, act, and approach everyday issues. It is this notion which has both intrigued and challenged me to learn all that I can about the different cultures, people, and places that make up our world. In doing so, I firmly believe that this knowledge and these experiences will continue to make me a better leader and more effective problem solver in our increasingly interconnected world.

This interest in society culminated during my time as a student in Los Angeles. While studying at the University of Southern California, I was given the opportunity to use one of the most vibrant and diverse cities in the world as a living labratory in an attempt to gain an insight and answer some of my most burning questions. Most importantly however, my time in Los Angeles opened my eyes to the fact that this diversity has created an avenue in which I can use my interest in both people and social interactions to make a long lasting, positive impact towards resolving issues and making my community a better place to work and live. This avenue is a career in law.

I have recently moved to South Bend, Indiana to begin my legal studies as a law student at the University of Notre Dame. Choosing to attend school here based mainly on their commitment to educating "A Different Kind of Lawyer", I am striving to gain the necessary education and skills to become an impassioned advocate whose mission it is to represent my clients passionately, vigorously, and ethically, while ensuring that all are treated equally in the eyes of the law.
