I am Oscar Luchetta, a business Consultant at DGM Consulting.
I am currently mainly focused on performance measurement, control management systems and process redesign for big companies of the International landscape.

The main project carried out regards:

Developing directional and functional reporting system
Supporting the controlling function in the daily business
Process redesign

In September 2023, I graduated from Politecnico di Milano, I attended the Master's degree course in Management Engineering, and in particular, I have chosen to pursue studies in Digital Business Innovation. My Master's thesis regards a process redesign project for a multinational company that I carried out during my internship at DGM Consulting.
In 2022, I was a participant in the Erasmus programme, I was a student at Blekinge Tekniska Högskola in Karlskrona (Sweden), where I took courses in Industrial and Management Engineering, developing a different critical viewpoint oriented towards sustainability.
I had the opportunity to be selected as an EY Digital Campus Ambassador, during which I networked with professionals from the sectors in which the company operates and worked on a project with other students with different backgrounds from mine.
I am a curious guy, ready to get involved and learn from other people, who love working in a team to achieve better goals than alone and who considers this a possible enrichment.
I am fascinated by the world of consulting for the company's strategy, supporting companies in the decision making process.
