Raised in a working class home in Cleveland, Ohio, attended Catholic school for 12 years. Dropped out of college in my freshman year (before I flunked out!) and left home to join a Christian cult commune for 3 years. After an arranged marriage failed I landed on the beach (literally!) in Southern California, worked a couple of dead end jobs before I landed in my current occupation with Lee's Lock and Safe in Encinitas, Ca.
For the past 14 years my wife, Colleen, and I have been attending Las Flores Nazarene Church, after attending an Assembly of God church for 19 years, where I have been teaching Sunday School for a number of years.
Colleen and I have one daughter, Kayla, and one grand daughter, LaNiyah.
