Oscar Valentini è maestro taoista, autore e creatore dei corsi della TaoTeca.

Oscar è nato a Roma nel 1977. Attualmente vive tra l'Italia e l'Asia.
È l'autore del libro Tao delle Emozioni, un manuale di Qi gong e Meditazione taoista per le regolazione dell'energia emotiva.
Dal 2020 insegna esclusivamente online, specializzandosi nella trasmissione dei metodi tradizionali attraverso le nuove tecnologie.

Born in Rome in 1977, Oscar currently divides his time between Italy and Asia.
He is the author of Tao of Emotions, a practical guide to Qi Gong and Taoist meditation for balancing emotional energy.
Since 2020, he has been teaching exclusively online, specializing in the transmission of traditional methods through modern technology.
