Daniel Oscar Baskoro is a young researcher from the Indonesia. Oscar, which is what he is preferred to be called, is still 25 years of age. In 2015, Oscar received his Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Gadjah Mada and in 2017, Oscar completed his professional education on Technology Innovation from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), Cambridge.

Oscar has created numerous technology innovation related to Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). He has acquired various accolades and awards such as Innovation Global Winner in London from the World Bank; Inspirational Young Leaders from the United Nations; Best Public Safety Innovator in Silicon Valley, United States; Champion Winner from ITU, Geneva;and many more national and international awards.

From 2013-2015 Oscar became an Ambassador for Google for South East Asian Region. Today, Oscar is working in the United Nations (UN) as an Innovation Project Assistant and working for the President Executive Office Republic of Indonesia (KSP). In addition to working for UN and KSP, Oscar is also active in local communities such as being a guest speakers in such topics like “Designing Innovation from Zero to Impact”. Until this day, Oscar has collaborated in research and becoming guest speakers in various countries in 4 continents around the world.
