Howdy, I’m Osho Taiwo Olusegun, an apt and astute Civil and Project Engineer specializing in Structures, Highway, Transportation, and Water Engineering. I hold an M.Sc. in Civil Engineering and am a COREN Registered and Licensed Engineer (R.Engr). I am also a Member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers (MNSE), Nigerian Institute of Environmental Engineer (MNIEE), Nigerian Institute of Highway and Transportation Engineer (MNIHTE) and the Nigerian Institute of Water Engineers (MNIWE).

I am proficient in a wide range of tools, including Autodesk AutoCAD Civil 3D, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power BI, Primavera, Microsoft Project, Procta Structure, Autodesk Robot, ArcGIS, Google Earth search engine, Hec-Ras for flood modeling, STAAD Pro, and Lumion for modeling and rendering. My expertise includes conducting site surveys, analyzing environmental impacts, and recommending sustainable solutions. I excel in collaborating with stakeholders to ensure compliance and project success.

Throughout my career, I have gained extensive experience with industry-leading firms such as Pheman Peniel Consultant Limited, Bentley Adams Civil and Consulting Engineers, CGGC Global Project, Planover Engineering Consultant Limited and SEC Consults. I have led numerous projects, managing the design and supervision of road and highway infrastructures, reinforced concrete structures, hydraulic structures, flood control infrastructures, and sanitation facilities in various locations across the country.

In addition to my engineering work, I have years of experience in the real estate sector, having attended numerous trainings, conferences, and summits in the field. I help prospective clients find appropriate houses and landed properties within their budgets, as well as assist clients in selling and disposing of their properties without down pricing.
