I am a 30 something woman, with a love of champagne and Chanel and trying to become a lover of fitness! I had Ulcerative Colitis for many years before having emergency surgery to lose my large bowel but save my life. I want to give hope and inspiration to others who may be facing bowel surgery but also hope everyone else will enjoy my updates. I work for an amazing charity called Beating Bowel Cancer & am trying to raise awareness and fund-raise. I am just trying to navigate my way through life, with an honest and positive outlook and show that life doesn't stop just because you have a stoma. I hope you enjoy that journey with me.
