Osuala Nnamdi is a trained and certified public speaker (under New Era Public Speaking Institute where he emerged as the best graduating student) and a speech trainer with over 2years experience in speech presentation and training. He has trained over 100 people in the art of public speaking and speech presentation.

He’s a leadership enthusiast, trained and certified in; agility and resilience, emotional intelligence and design thinking from Misk Global Forum (Saudi Arabia) in partnership with Fullbridge (UK), Social Media Marketing from African Leadership Institute, Management Practices for people and resources and workforce collaboration and development from YALI Network, Web development and Word Press from BOSS Enterprise and CodeSpace Technology, Design and Creative Thinking from Dynamic Vantage Limited. He went through an 18hrs certified training on project management from Exposure World and he has over 2years experience in event planning and management and also undergone a 10hrs Special Leadership Masterclass by Oak Samuel (a leadership consultant).

Haven been trained and mentored in leadership and personal development and undergone series of self discovery and mastery under the tutorship of Engr. Nduwisi Uba under New Era Leadership and Mentorship School, he has given himself to pursuing his life’s assignment of helping people to discover and develop themselves. He is being driven with the vision of raising great leaders and speakers of global influence with the mindset of God’s Kingdom.

He is the founder and president, Speak for Change International Academy (An institution geared at equipping people with the necessary communication skills for success in life and business). He is the convener of YOU CAN SPEAK CONFERENCE which has sat over 50 people offline and 381 people online. An event geared at equipping people with the necessary communication skills for success in life and business.

He’s a serial volunteer and has volunteered for many causes geared at people and business development, charity and brand promotion.

He's currently the FUTO campus coordinator for New Era International Leadership Conference.

He worked as a business consultant at Kuleana Consulting firm (USA) and a trainer at New Era Public Speaking Institute (Nigeria).
