Hey there, I’m OSWALDO. I’m a consultant living in Occitanie. I explore the globe through the lens of a wine glass preferably full celebrating the communal experience of wine and food and illuminating the stories beyond the bottle. I’m the author of the award-winning and have been voted one of the 20 Most Influential Wine Bloggers in Europe. Osvaldo appear in journals, El País, Osvaldo is a brilliant restaurant critic of Organisation Mondiale de la Gastronomy, Repsol Guide, (and Michelin Europe). He has written for a wide range of British newspapers and magazines, Marketing Specialist. Broadcaster: Radio National of Spain RNE. One of the panels of critics who and performs a similar role on the Top Chef. Osvaldo obtains an award: Journalist of the Year 2018 and received the Cross of Alfonso El Sabio recognizing activities in the fields of education, gastronomy culture. He plays the euphonium with a jazz ensemble The Santander Quartet.
