Hi my name is Otavio Souza. I've been working 19 years with Technology and Design, meaning 12 years focusing on product management.

I was Partner and Product/UX manager at NIMBI a market leader company in supply chains solutions. I took part in a financial negotiation with one of the most important company VALE DO RIO DOCE on the total amount of R$30 MI together with Accenture for Brazil and Canada.

I've started a business called eNNovart focusing in creating sites, back office tools and design having clients such as Johnson & Johnson, Global Capital and Equity, Terreplan among others.

In 2016 became partner of a startup named ME LEVA (1st place in the 35th challenge of startups circuit Rio) been selected to participate at the Campus Party being a finalist for Inovativa Brasil and on 2018 won R$150k from FAPERJ.

Act swiftly by PEOPLE INTERACTIVE as head of UX & digital products for clients as Santander, FGV and Rede D'or.

on 2018 i was a Senior Product Manager at 99, being responsible for the Corporate and Payments products team. On June 2017 i was recognized to delivered outstanding results and be a guardian of 99's culture and inspiration to others 99ers. 99 won a very important financial contribution of US$100MI from Didi Chuxing (China) and US$100MI from Soft bank in the current year, after that has been acquired by Didi becames the first unicorn on Brazil. During this year was several times on China, learning about their culture, business and payments mindset.

I´m mentor of Liga Ventures , a brazilian accelerator company partner of Plug and Play Tech Center, one of the hugest and famous accelerators from Silicon Valley.

On October, 2016 I have been at the Silicon Valley participating in workshops and product events such as "How to make products customers love" with Martin Cagan, Building products at scale na Yelp e A.I. and the Future of Corp. Finance na Orange Silicon Valley.

On 2018/19 i've worked as a Head of Product & UX at Koin, Fintech who was acquired on 2020 by Decolar.

During 20/21 i've worked as Head of Product at PicPay, a Brazilian Fintech who has a huge payment ecosystem for B2C and B2B clients.

Since 2002 i've became Product Director at TC (Traders Club)who has a Social financial platform and opened your IPO in Brazil at July 22
