Using a blended approach of Psychology, Teaching and corporate experience, Dawn French is able to work with individuals to support them through change and growth, both personally and professionally. As Managing Director of Reflections Practice Ltd, she uses her background as a Therapist, Trainer, Academic and Coach to blend techniques to get the most out of people based on their goals and circumstances. A specialist in supporting those with disabilities, limitations and hearing disorders. Dawn has personally supported over 120 D/deaf people to make changes in their life, either individually (using British Sign Language if required), within their family or in their workplace. She continues this work in her company both employing and working with a team of experts in their particular field of disability. As an Academic, Dawn continues to teach on accredited programmes from Entry Level to Level 6; as a College Tutor, University Lecturer and most recently manages a curriculum area that provides a range of courses to adults in Lincolnshire. In the corporate world, Dawn has worked with some of the top Professional Speakers and Trainers to plan and deliver education and training for conferences and events on specific objectives for developing staff. As Chair of Education for Meeting Professionals International, she has worked internationally supporting training and development for various cultures and business sectors.
