Othman Louanjli

Othman Louanjli is a private banker with more than a decade of experience. He is based in the United Arab Emirates, where he's worked with two established financial firms: Goldman Sachs and Julius Baer (a private banking group).

Mr. Louanjli started his career with Goldman Sachs in 2006 by working in Cross Asset Sales. In this capacity, he was responsible for helping acquire more clients. The bank's growth paralleled the economic progress witnessed after World War II, when a number of Baer family members saw international expansion as vital to the firm's existence.

The firm has continued to experience growth even in the wake of the global financial crisis, which ushered in a new dynamic business environment. In 2012, Julius Baer acquired the International Wealth Management (IWM) business from Merrill Lynch, serving to increase the firm's presence in markets outside the United States.
