Otis Duffy spent several years at Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services where he specialized in the Self-Storage Industry, underwrote over $200 million in assets and helped close over $100 million. Otis was part of the National Self-Storage Group, which has over 40 agents and has closed over a billion dollars in Self-Storage properties.
Otis Duffy graduated from Centenary college with a degree in Business Administration. He purchased his first piece of real estate shortly after and fell in love with the real estate industry. Otis Duffy worked with KPMG after college and went on to play professional basketball in Europe. Upon his return Otis Duffy founded a real estate company that had a mortgage division and was a managing partner. Otis Duffy worked with foreclosures, acquisitions of distressed real estate, facilitated short sales, and specialized in creative financing. From past business to his current and beyond, Otis Duffy works diligently to continue his success, but more importantly, he believes in passing that success straight to the client with unparalleled real estate investment representation and advisory services.
